This study aims to investigate the direct and indirect effect of entrepreneurial leadership
on organization demand for innovation. Over the past years academic debates have mostly focused on
individual’s demand for innovation while emphasizing on the organization's success in producing new
products and services to individual customers. However the organizational customers and
organization's demand to use innovation in day to day work has been generally neglected. Since
previous studies identified leadership as an important determinant of innovation in the organization,
this research proposes a conceptual framework to explore the effect of entrepreneurial leadership on
organization’s demand for innovation. The success of entrepreneurial leadership depends not only on
the behaviors of the leader, but also on the characteristics of their followers in demonstrating
entrepreneurial behaviors. Therefore this study aims to examine the moderating role of follower’s
reliance on social networks to recognize new opportunities on the relationship between
entrepreneurial leadership and organization’s demand for innovation. A sample of Malaysia Top 100
Companies participates in this research and the hypotheses are evaluated using Partial Least Squares
(PLS) analysis. This research makes an important contribution by providing empirical evidences that
may support entrepreneurial leaders and their firms to identify and generate more opportunities and
enact them in ways that increase the organization's receptivity towards innovation

The present study reports on the preparation processes and characterization of fibers from pineapple cores. The effects of different washing techniques (tap-water and hot-water washing) and particle sizes (0.2, 0.5 and 1 mm) on two important characteristics of dietary fiber, i.e. water holding capacity (WHC) and oil holding capacity (OHC), were investigated. It was found that the washing pre-treatment significantly improved WHC. Meanwhile larger particle sizes of fiber gave better WHC and OHC for all types of fibers. Tap-water washing was the most appropriate pretreatment method compared to hot-water washing and unwashed method. However, there was no difference in morphologies of the fibers before and after being prewashed at different particle sizes. The fiber morphology was preserved best after the drying process using microwave freeze dryer (MFD) and microwave vacuum dryer (MVD). This study demonstrates the potential of pre-treatment and drying methods in functional fiber preparation for food enrichment.

Despite of the advancement of technology in the present internet age, many college students
lack the information and communication technology (ICT) literacy skills like evaluating those necessary
to navigate, as well as using the information available today. Evaluating the quality of information
sources encompasses students’ ability to determine relevance, accuracy, and overall credibility of
sources and information. Moreover, the quality of information found online is extremely variable
because anyone can post data on the internet, and not all online sources are equally reliable, valuable,
or accurate. From a study conducted on diploma students’ assignments using rubric at an international
university in Kuala Lumpur, it was found that there was a problem in digital information evaluation
skills and lack of ability in using evaluation criteria, including authority, accuracy, currency,
objectivity, and coverage on digital information, as well as sources among diploma students. The future
work of this study will be the use of mobile devices in collaborative and interactive learning to improve
digital information evaluation skills among diploma students. This approach does not only improve the
students’ learning attitude, but also enhances the effectiveness of learning.

Rural communities in sub Saharan Africa have spent considerable time and energy in
their quest for obtaining cooking requirements. The utilization of solar energy for cooking is not a
widespread practice despite the fact that African countries are abundant in solar resources. A solar
cooker uses the freely, environmentally friendly, healthy and renewable solar energy resource as its
energy source, thus indicating its economical and sustainability advantages. This paper demonstrates
the possibility of using solar energy as an alternative to the traditional system of cooking local
foodstuffs within the rural communities of North-East Nigeria. The cooker was designed and fitted
with a black pot and an automatic tracking mechanism that can track the sun at 10° per hour,
following the sun movement for use in tropical dry climates. Parboiled rice of 1kg each was cooked
completely in 75 minutes at an average solar beam radiation of 623W/m2
    after attaining maximum
temperature of 368K under clear weather condition. Whereas 1kg of beans and 1.1kg of yam were
cooked in 90 minutes at an average solar beam radiation of 536.5W/m2
    and 430.1 W/m2
    respectively.
The highest temperature reached for this test was 368K. The results indicated that a parabolic solar
cooker can easily cook these varieties of Nigerian local dishes within the range of 75 to 90 minutes
under the clear weather condition of Bauchi, north–east of Nigeria.

A coconut de-husking machine comprising of two rollers with spikes, chain drives,
presser, clearers, shafts and belting system was developed for small-scale production in rural areas.
Performance test analysis showed that the machine de-husks coconut fruits without any nut breakage
or distortion of the extracted fibre length. The objective of this project is to improve the efficiency and
productivity in producing coconut fruits without husks by using the best selection of mechanical
mechanisms with minimum costs. One electric motor (2hp, 1500rpm) is used to drive two shafts using
a combination of pulley and belt. In between the motor and the shafts, one box of worm gears is used
to reduce the rotation speed from 1500rpm to 21rpm (ratio 70:1). Two metal cylinders with a series of
spikes are used to remove the husks from the coconut fruit and are attached to the rotary shaft. The
machine’s average de-husking efficiency and capacity are 90.42% and 222 coconuts per hour,
respectively. In addition, the development of the machine is also a solution to the constraint of space,
whereby a compact-size machine is more suitable for small and medium enterprises (SME’s). Plus, it
operates with lesser noise, which also contributes to a more viable operating condition for the
    environment.

role in the development of cadastral and land administration in this study area. The
Customary ways and approach to the land titling and registration in the time past has
resulted in the delay in the processes of obtaining title to the land. Land administration
system in Nigeria includes the processes of land registration, cadastral mapping, land
valuation and land inventory. Most of developing nation particularly Nigeria is faced
with the problem of poor land administration and management. Technology is
paramount in acquiring a proper technological development in land administration.
This study tried to encourage land title registration by providing web technologies that
are faster and suitable with a low rate and minimum delay. The need to develop a
dynamic web for the processes in the land registration arises from the dynamic
relationship to the land of the people. The delay in time and process of land registration
couple with the exploitation in land related activities has called for the urgent
intervention of all the stakeholders in land administration. PHP programming language
was used as a server side scripting languages together with MyAdmin SQL, a website
was developed for the processes involved in the land registration having examined the
fastest way to solve the problem. A robust dynamic database that is reliable and easy
to use was also developed which is capable of accommodating several numbers of
applicants. The applicants, monitoring agency and the government have the advantage
of checking all the processes on line without any contact with the officers working on

Mobile health (m-health) has become one of most concerned and developing areas in
healthcare industry. There are large numbers of m-health application available in the market. Yet,
neither theorist nor practitioners has discover or develop a framework in evaluating the impact of nonclinical
m-health application. In healthcare industry, it is very important for an m-health application
to be tested first before release to market, as this could lead to negative impact towards user especially
patients. Money could be wasted and the m-health apps might not derived correct output. To avoid a
failure in using non-clinical m-health application, the impact of using it need to be evaluated.
Nonetheless, to come out with a proposed framework for m-health apps evaluation, the theories and
results of the existing frameworks should be referred to. Thus, this research aimed to discuss on the
previous frameworks that are possible to be used as reference in proposing the intended framework.
The new developed framework is expected to be significant and valuable for all m-health developers
and doctors in the design and use of non-clinical m-health application.

here are many contaminants that could lead to the alteration of oil viscosity. Diesel fuel
is one of the deteriorating contaminants for diesel engine oils. It is among the main factors that give
high impact towards the deterioration of engine oils as one study has found that, in average, 0.36% of
total fuel consumption ends up in the crankcase. Many studies have demonstrated the effect of fuel
dilution on the wear characteristic. However, there are limited studies that focused on the percentage
amount affecting the wear characteristics together with other influencing factors such as load, speed
and temperature. In this research, used motor oil - Gibson 20W50 had been mixed well with fuel
percentages of 0, 1, 3, 5 and 7, hence creating 5 samples that were run under different speeds. The
experiment is conducted by following the ASTM 4172 standard. Based on the results, the fuel
contamination in used motor oil was considered limiting at 5% contamination and became totally
deteriorated at 7%. Through a Stribeck Curve, it could be understood that wear is inversely
proportional to sliding velocity, where it is one of the lubrication parameters together with speed and
load. Rough surface on the balls indicated that abrasive wear has occurred due to the use of used
    motor oil

A method based on Computational Fluids Dynamics (CFD) was used to analyse the flow
behaviour in the Biodiesel reactor with 6-blade at 45° pitch blade turbines. The study, which was based
on the turbulent flow, had been associated with three sizes of the blades installed in the reactor by using
the standard k-ε turbulence model. The study also included the pitch blade turbines that were installed
at three clearances from the bottom in the reactor by using the standard k-ε turbulence model. The
results showed that the flow behaviours differed for the three various locations, which were installed at
C=T/4, C=T/2, and C=3T/4 for D=T/3. The results also showed that the flow behaviour had been
different for the three impeller diameters installed at C=T/4. Besides, good quantitative agreement for
velocity distribution was obtained. Good velocity distribution in the reactor was produced by D=T/3.
Moreover, a comparison between the three impeller diameters in terms of velocity distribution
suggested that the discharge flow from the smaller impeller had stronger axial flow during the mixing
    process.

The purpose of this study is to explore the issues and challenges in integrating
technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) for computer programming
courses. This study employed the triangulation method of the case studies and
Grounded Theory (GT). Twenty-five computer programming educators were
interviewed via online such as e-mail, media social’s chatting and messaging
application like WhatsApp and Telegram. The main issue discovered in this study is the
misconception in using technology for teaching and learning computer programming.
Besides that, there were two major challenges found in this study. The challenges are
the instructors were not able to explore the rapid development of technology and this
may cause the lack of technological pedagogical knowledge among them. They also
showed the lack of knowledge about pedagogy and assessment for teaching and
learning computer programming that relevant to the programming content. The
research that has been done showed that TPACK model is very suitable to guide
exploration about how educators make use of technology appropriate to the pedagogy
and content. However, the exploration that has been done has limitation on how
educators integrate student’s assessment on affective and instructional design
implementation with TPACK. Therefore, this paper suggesting for the future study, in
order that more exploration should be doing about how assessment on student’s
affective and instructional design would be integrate with technology, pedagogy and
    content knowledge via TPACK model.

Solar updraft tower power plant (SUTPP) is an alternative technology for electricity
generating from solar energy. It’s suitable for use in remote area, where there is high potential of
solar radiation, because the constructions are cheap and the technologies involved are conventional.
This paper presents the design of a circular and square collector SUTPP to be used in rural areas of
developing countries. The design involves heating air using solar energy and the tower effect to raise
the hot air up the tower. From this study, a small scale solar updraft tower with 2m length in each
side of solar collector, air inlet height of 0.1 m above the ground, an updraft tower of 1.5-meter-high
with 2.0 m length of each side collector was studied to determine its performance. Anemometer and
multimeter were used to measure the velocity and temperature along the collector and inside the
tower. Solar radiation, ambient air temperature as well as air velocity inside the tower were also
recorded. These data were taken every one hours in four days to investigate the performance of the
    SUTPP
