Employees support during the implementation of organizational changes is important to ensure
successful change. Thus, identifying factors that motivate individuals to support organizational change
is of vital interest for the successful management of changes. Previous studies have confirmed a
number of factors that can affect individual behavior to support the change. However, there are only
few studies that have identified the potential factors to form a framework that is based on theory, in
particular using the theory of planned behavior. Therefore, this study explores how perceived benefits
of change, supervisor support and change self-efficacy affects behavioural support for change.
Furthermore, this review offers propositions based on current literature for further in-depth empirical
investigations to find out the effects of these factors towards behavioural support for change that can be
used as a guide in the academic field as well as practical.

Employees support during the implementation of planned organizational changes is important to ensure
successful change. Therefore, this study attempts to explain the phenomenon of behavioral support for
change by integrating Lewin's Three Steps Model and Theory of Planned Behaviour. The literature
review of planned organizational change models developed by previous researchers based on the Three
Steps of Lewin Change Model was undertaken before the change model for this study was developed which involved three phases of change namely motivation to change, commitment to change, and
behavioural support for change. Based on that model, the Theory of Planned Behaviour was used to
explain the relationship between the variables where perceived benefits of change (attitude), supervisor
support (subjective norms) and change self-efficacy (perceived behavioural control) was predicted to
influence commitment to change (behavioral intention), which in turn affects individual behaviour to
support change (behavior). Subsequently, this study proposes a conceptual model based on the latest
literature to be implemented in depth empirical studies to test the proposed model.

Conflicts that occur due to overlap between work and family matters are important topics in today’s
organizational context. Work-family conflict can be defined as a form of role conflict where the
demands of work and family cannot be aligned in several ways. Some previous studies have mentioned
that work-family conflicts negatively affect individuals such as emotional fatigue that ultimately lead
to stress and disturb the psychological well-being. From that perspective, social support can help to
reduce the stressful experience that is caused by work-family conflicts and improve the psychological
    well-being.
There are two elements of social support originating from (1) work domain support; such
as organization, supervisor and co-workers whereas, (2) non-work domain supports: can come from
spouse, family members and friends. Thus, these two elements of social support seemed to be
important elements to ease the burden of stressful experience among employees especially in workfamily
    conflict.

This article discusses the impact of plurality on Malaysia-Singapore relations after the formation of
Malaysia on September 16, 1963. The establishment of the Federation of Malaysia agreement was
signed in London on July 8, 1963 by the representatives of the British government, the Federation of
Malaya, Singapore, Sabah and Sarawak. All parties agreed to the change in name from Federation of
Malaya to Malaysia. The declaration of Malaysia was made on September 16, 1963 simultaneously
throughout the country. This study uses secondary sources and library research methods. The findings
show that Singapore's existence in Malaysia was seen to have raised racial issues leading to the
separation of Singapore from Malaysia on August 9, 1965. Ethnic-related problems need to be

Various research have been carried out by Islamic academicians, especially Islamic academicians from
the past, related to fields they had explored such as beliefs (aqidah), Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh),
mystical dimensions of Islam (tasawuf), interpretation (tafsir), hadith, astronomy (falak), philosophy
etc. These academicians had used various research methods when exploring their fields of study.
Hence, most of these research methods have yet to be studied before they could be applied as methods
in Islamic research. It is for this reason that this study aims to study one the research methods used by
past Islamic religious scholars, which is the thematic (al-mawdu‘iy) hadith method. The two questions
that arise in this study are, what is the thematic hadith method and how can the method be applied in
research related to Islam. In order to answer these questions, the discussions in this study were divided
into two main parts. The first is to identify the thematic hadith method used by the muhaddithin when
elaborating on the Prophet’s SAW hadith. The second is to analyse the suitability of applying the
thematic hadith method in a study related to Islam. The quantitative study found that the thematic hadith method was suitable for application in studies related to Islam. The suitability was based on two
aspects, namely rating the sources of the data and analysing the data.

“The way you lead is thru the way you speak” merupakan falsafah budaya kepemimpinan yang menjadi asas kepada kertas kerja ini. Malaysia is facing a shortage of blood supply despite blood donation campaigns and drives; the
number of donors remains low. Understanding donors and potential donors will provide a basis to
develop effective approaches of reaching them. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify
specific socio-demographic characteristics and factors influencing the intention to donate blood among
working adults in Malaysia. Driven by positivist approach and based on the Theory of Planned
Behaviour, data were collected from 295 working adults. The data was analysed using Partial Least
Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) approach. The findings indicated that attitude,
subjective norms and perceived behavioural control are the predictors for working adult’s intention to
donate blood. The results revealed are believed to be valuable for the National Blood Centre to develop
strategies to motivate, recruit and sustain sufficient number of blood donors. It is suggested that future
studies should explore donor’s perception and expectation to identify factors that have positive or
negative effects on their motivation or have already deterred them from donating blood.
