    A balanced diet is a vital for the survival function of the body and health. This research topic is building block of three independent variables which is thefood prices, knowledge of food and food quality. Therefore, this study aimed to discuss eating habits among students of Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka and their perception of proper nutrition intake. This study involved 201 respondents consisting of students of Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka from all faculties. The study is quantitative and analyzed through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22.0. The results of the analysis shows the most respondents have a good knowledge and awareness about the proper nutrient intake and health.
