Scimitar syndrome has infantile and childhood/adult variants. We describe an adolescent girl with recurrent wheeze in whom chest radiography and multimodality CT demonstrated the characteristic scimitar vein and associated bronchovascular abnormalities, with normal right ventricular function and no pulmonary hypertension.
