    This study aimed to assess the health literacy (HL) related knowledge, attitude, perceived barriers, and practice among primary care doctors (PCDs) in Malaysia, and to determine the factors associated with HL-related practice. A cross-sectional study was conducted using an online questionnaire. Sociodemographic and work-related details were collected. HL-related knowledge, attitude, perceived barriers, and practice were assessed. Descriptive and inferential analyses using linear regression were performed. 373 PCDs were included in the study with a mean (SD) age of 37.9 (8.1) years old. The mean (SD) HL-related knowledge, attitude, and practice scores were 6.89 (1.27), 36.33 (7.04), and 30.14 (4.7), respectively. 90.9% of the participants had good HL-related knowledge scores, and 89.5% had positive HL-related attitude. More than 80% of participants found that "time constraint to implement health literacy screening" and "lack of human resources to administer HL screening tools in their settings" were among the barriers for them to implement HL practices. PCDs of Chinese and other ethnicities had lower HL-related practice scores compared to those of Malay ethnicity (adjusted b = - 1.74; 95% CI - 2.93, - 0.54, and - 2.94; 95% CI - 5.27, - 0.60, respectively). PCDs who had heard of the term "health literacy" were associated with higher HL-related practice scores (adjusted b = 2.32; 95% CI 1.17, 3.47). Age (adjusted b = 0.10; 95% CI 0.04, 0.16) had significant linear positive relationship with HL-related practice. In conclusion, the HL-related knowledge, attitude, and practice among PCDs in Malaysia were at an acceptable level. Along with educating PCDs on HL, the perceived barriers identified need to be addressed to improve the HL-related practice and ultimately patient care.

    The obstacle to the industrialization of perovskite solar cells (PSC) technology lies in their stability. This work rationalizes the PSC design with the employment of 2D-MoS2 as the hybrid hole transport layer (HTL). MoS2 was selected due to its unique optoelectronic and mechanical properties that could enhance hole extraction and thus boost the performance and stability of PSC devices. Five concentrations indicated MoS2 nanosheets were directly deposited onto the perovskite layer via the facile spin coating method. The electrochemical exfoliation and liquid exchange methods were demonstrated to obtain the lateral size of MoS2 nanosheets and further discussed their microscopic and spectroscopic characterizations. Remarkably, the optimum thickness and the excellent device increased the stability of the PSC, allowing it to maintain 45% of its degradation percentage ([Formula: see text]) for 120 h with high relative humidity (RH = 40-50%) in its vicinity. We observed that lithium-ion can intercalate into the layered MoS2 structure and reduce the interfacial resistance of perovskite and the HTL. Most importantly, the 2D-MoS2 mechanism's effect on enabling stable and efficient devices by reducing lithium-ion migration in the HTL is demonstrated in this work to validate the great potential of this hybrid structure in PSC applications.

    This study presents the efficiency of the wind-driven optimisation (WDO) approach in solving non-convex economic dispatch problems with point-valve effect. The best economic dispatch for a power system is one wherein the system can generate energy at a low cost. The calculation of the generating cost is subject to a number of constraints, such as the power demand for the entire system and the generation limit for each generator unit in the system. In addition, the system should also produce low power loss. The WDO optimisation technique is developed based on the concept of natural wind movement, which serves as a stabiliser to equalise the inequality of air pressure in the atmosphere. One major advantage of WDO over other techniques is its search accuracy. The proposed algorithm has been implemented in two systems, namely, the 10-generator and 40-generator systems. Both systems were tested in a Matlab environment. To highlight the capabilities of WDO, the results using this proposed technique are compared with the results obtained using flower pollination algorithm, moth flame optimisation, particle swarm optimisation and evolutionary programming techniques to determine the efficiency of the proposed approach in solving economic dispatch. The simulation results show the capability of WDO in determining the optimal power generation value with minimum generation cost and low rate of power loss.
