Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) actively colonize plant roots and thus enhance plant growth through different mechanisms. In the present study, trifoliate orange (Poncirus trifoliata) seedlings inoculated with Diversispora versiformis were subjected to 0 and 0.2 mmol/L sodium nitroprusside (SNP, a nitric oxide donor) treatments. After eight weeks, exogenous SNP considerably increased root mycorrhizal colonization by 25%, showing a positive stimulating effect of NO on mycorrhizal formation. Mycorrhizal inoculation significantly increased plant growth performance (height, stem diameter, leaf number and shoot and root dry weight) and root traits (length, projected area, surface area, volume and number of 2nd and 3rd order lateral roots) than non-mycorrhizal treatment and NO (exogenous SNP treatment) heavily strengthened the mycorrhizal effects. Moreover, NO and mycorrhization induced more fine root (0-0.5 cm) formation. There was an opposite changed trend in root sucrose and leaf and root glucose contents by SNP in AMF versus non-AMF seedlings. All these results implied that NO plays important roles in mycorrhizal formation and development and also accelerates mycorrhizal effects on plant growth and root development of trifoliate orange.

Mineral composition of rock has a very important influence on the physical and mechanical properties of tunnel surrounding rock. Take Dangjianshan tunnel in cold regions for example, the rock specimens in different parts of tunnel were taken to carry out the detection test of mineral composition. By the detail qualitative and quantitative analysis, the relationship between mineral composition and surrounding rock engineering properties was explored. First of all, the composition and content of minerals contained in in the rock specimens were detected by X ray fluorescence spectrometer and X ray powder diffraction. The detection results show that rock of tunnel contains high hardness minerals such as quartz and feldspar which were proven by initial engineering geological investigation report, in addition, it also contains several kinds of low hardness minerals including inclined chlorite and illite which may exhibit large deformation characteristic of soft rock after the tunnel excavation in case of meeting water and weathering conditions. The total content of inclined chlorite and illite accounted for a considerable component in main tunnel, inclined shaft and parallel pilot respectively and the influence on surrounding rock engineering properties cannot be ignored. Therefore, mineral composition detection must be paid attention to after tunnel excavation. Secondly, the effects of mineral composition on surrounding rock were analyzed in aspects of rock strength, weathering resistance, water softening property and excavation deformation through comparing the rock samples in different parts of tunnel. The comparative results showed that when the mineral contents is high with high hardness and poor hydrophilicity, tunnel surrounding rock plays a better performance of physical and mechanical properties, vice versa. Finally, according to the specific geological and construction parameters of the tunnel, the correlation analysis was studied about the vault settlement after tunnel excavation and the hydrophilicity mineral content in main cave. The logarithmic relationship between them was found and the correlation coefficient was 0.98. It can provide a useful reference for the settlement prediction of Dangjinshan tunnel construction.

The purpose of the present research was to evaluate the phytochemical content and analgesic effect of Caralluma edulis
(Ce.Cr). Established methods were used for phytochemical analysis of plant. The anti-nociceptic activity of Ce.Cr was
scrutinized using acetic acid-induced writhings, tail immersion and hot plate methods. Ce.Cr was tested positive for the
presence of therapeutically active metabolites such as alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, phenol, tannins, terpenoids and
saponins. Ce.Cr at the dose of 10, 30 and 100 mg/kg inhibited acetic acid-induced abdominal writhes and increase the
latency time to thermal stimuli in both tail immersion and hot plate tests, similar to standard drug. These results showed
that the ethanolic extract of Caralluma edulis possesses anti-nociceptive property.

To compile and analyse existing scientific evidence regarding the association of dietary patterns with adiponectin and
leptin. Medline and PubMed electronic databases were searched for articles related to the association of dietary patterns
with adiponectin and leptin from 2005 to 2015. Only full text articles using English as a language of publication were
included. Studies were limited to the use of food frequency questionnaires in assessing dietary intake, factor analysis
using principal component analysis, cluster analysis or reduced rank regression method in determining dietary pattern.
A total of six relevant studies involving a total of 6467 subjects (47% men and 53% women) met the inclusion criteria
from 1407 reviewed articles Twelve dietary patterns were extracted i.e. healthy pattern, meat and fat, sweet pattern,
potatoes and refined grains, Japanese pattern, westernized pattern, mixed pattern, traditional pattern, vegetables, fruits
and lean meat pattern, high alcohol, ‘Izakaya’ pattern and dieting. Two studies showed association with leptin which
serum leptin concentration showed significantly higher in vegetables, fruits and lean meat compared to western pattern
and lower circulating levels of leptin in westernized breakfast dietary pattern. Adiponectin concentration resulting
significant positive relationship with fruits and vegetables, dieting, Japanese and healthy dietary pattern. Adherence
to healthy dietary patterns plays an important role on serum adiponectin and leptin concentration. However, in most
studies that resulted in a significant relationship, adiponectin, leptin and diet components were evaluated separately.
Therefore, further well-designed studies were required to clarify the mechanism mediating relationship between dietary
    patterns and adipokines.

Ground improvement using artificial crust composite foundation, consisting of stabilization of soft clay and composite foundation, is an effective technique for the treatment of deep soft soil layers under infrastructure embankments. In this study, the load responses and settlement performance of this improvement technique were investigated using two centrifuge model tests to compare the variations of the vertical deformation, pore water pressure, axial force of the piles and tensile stress at the bottom of the artificial crust in the crust composite foundation with those in pile-supported embankment. The results of centrifuge model tests showed that the load responses and settlement performance of artificial crust composite foundation was different from the pile-supported embankment, which displayed mainly that the final middle settlement of crust composite foundation can be reduced by about 15% compared with those of pile-supported embankment with the same length of pile and construction cost. The deformation of the crust with the characteristics of the plate was found based on the change of the tensile stress. Additionally, the excess pore water pressure in the crust composite foundation was lower owing to the stress diffusion effect of the crust during the loading period and the dissipation rate of excess pore water pressure was slower due to lower permeability of the crust at the same loading period. Eventually, the axial force of the middle piles was reduced. At the same time, the boundary stress was functioned with the crust, the axial force of the side piles was improved. The comparison of measured and calculated results was carried out using the stress reduction ratio, the result shows that the bearing capacity of the subsoil in the crust composite was improved.

Formation lithology identification is an indispensable link in oil and gas exploration. Precision of the traditional recognition method is difficult to guarantee when trying to identify lithology of particular formation with strong heterogeneity and complex structure. In order to remove this defect, multivariate membership function discrimination method is proposed, which regard to lithology identification as a linear model in the fuzzy domain and obtain aimed result with the multivariate membership function established. It is indicated by the test on lower carboniferous Bachu group bioclastic limestone section and Donghe sandstone section reservoir on T Field H area that satisfactory accuracy can be achieved in both clastic rock and carbonate formation and obvious advantages are unfold when dealing with complex formations, which shows a good application prospect and provides a new thought to solve complex problems on oilfield exploration and development with fuzzy theory.

Foot arch determines the shape of the foot, whether it is normal, flat or high. Excessive body weight is known to be the
main factor in altering the foot arches. The foot arches of adult women were determined based on five different footprint
parameters (Clarke index, Chippaux-Smirak index, Staheli index, Arch index and the Harris-imprint index) and the
relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and foot arches were studied. A total of 309 adult women from the age of
20 to 60 years were recruited in this study. The shape of participants’ feet were obtained and their left and right foot
arches were determined using five different footprint parameters. Body weight and height were measured and BMI was
calculated. Paired t-test and one-way ANOVA were applied to perform the statistical analysis. Our analysis showed that
two third of the participants have different foot arches between the left and right feet. The Harris-imprint index exhibited
the most significant (p=0.004) differences between the left (mean=0.168) and right (mean=1.011) foot arches. Most of
the overweight (53%) and obese (15%) participants have normal arches; however the prevalence of flat and high arches
    is still higher in overweight (flat arch= 51%; high arch= 52% ) and obese (flat arch= 18%; high arch= 12%) compared
to other BMI categories. Harris-imprint index was successfully studied as a suitable parameter in determining the left
    and right foot arches.

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies among woman. Decades of scientific study have linked the
overexpression of ERBB2 antigen to aggressive tumors. To target aggressive breast cancer, chimeric antigen receptor
(CAR) technology can be utilized. For this, human T-cells are transduced with a gene sequence encoding a CAR that is
specific for tumor-associated antigens (TAAs). These genetically-engineered CAR transduced T-cells (CAR-T cells) are
able to target the tumor antigen without the need for major histocompatibility complex (MHC) recognition, rendering
it a potentially universal immunotherapeutic option. However, efficient transduction of therapeutic gene into human
T-cells and further cell expansion are challenging. In this study, we reported a successful optimization of a transduction
protocol using spinoculation on CD3+ T-cells with different concentrations of lentiviral plasmid encoding the CAR gene.
CD3+T-cells were isolated from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The constructed CAR gene was inserted
into a lentiviral plasmid containing the green fluorescent protein (GFP) tag and lentiviral particles were produced. These
lentiviral particles were used to transduce activated T-cells by spinoculation. T-cells were activated using Dynabeadconjugated
    CD3/CD28 human T-cell activator and interleukin-2 (IL-2) before transduction. CD3+ T-cells were selected
and GFP expression, which indicated transduction, was observed. Future studies will focus on in vitro and in vivo models
to determine the efficiency of CAR-T cells in specifically targeting ERBB2-expressing cells.

The mechanical properties of fractured rock mass are largely dependent on the fracture structure under the coupling of freeze-thaw cycles and large temperature difference. Based on the traditional macroscopic continuum theory, the thermal and mechanical model and the corresponding theories ignore the material internal structure characteristics, which add difficulty in describing the mesoscopic thermal and mechanical behavior of the fractured rock mass among different phases. In order to uncover the inherent relationship and laws among the internal crack development, structural change and the physical and mechanical properties of rock under strong cold and frost weathering in cold area, typical granite and sandstone in cold region were analyzed in laboratory tests. The SEM scanning technology was introduced to record the microstructural change of rock samples subject to freeze-thaw cycles and large temperature difference. Association rules between the microstructure and the physical mechanical properties of rock mass were analyzed. The results indicated that, with the increase of the cyclic number, the macroscopic physical and mechanical indexes and the microscopic fracture index of granite and sandstone continuously and gradually deteriorate. The width of original micro crack continues to expand and extend and new local micro cracks are generated and continue to expand. The fracture area and width of the rock increase and the strength of the rock is continuously damaged. In particular, the strength and elastic modulus of granite decrease by 20.2% and 33.36%, respectively; the strength and elastic modulus of sandstone decrease by 33.4% and 36.43%, respectively.

Considering the characteristics of the vibration data detected by the unstable regulation process in the grinding and grading control system and the shortcomings of the traditional wavelet anomaly detection method, an online anomaly detection method combining autoregressive and wavelet analysis is proposed. By introducing the improved robust AR model, this method can overcome the problem that the time and frequency of traditional anomaly detection using wavelet analysis method cannot be well balanced and ensure the rationality of normal detection of process data. Considering the characteristics of parameter change and dynamic characteristics in the process of grinding and grading, the proposed method has the ability of on-line detection and parameter updating in real time, which ensures the control parameters of time-varying process control system. In order to avoid the problem that the traditional anomaly detection method needs to set the detection threshold, introduce the HMM to analyse the wavelet coefficients and update the HMM parameters online, which can ensure that the HMM can well reflect the distribution of the abnormal value of the process data. Through the experiment and application, it is proven that the anomaly data detection method proposed in this paper is more suitable for the detection data in the process of unstable regulation.

In order to understand the characteristics of acoustic wave propagation in rocks within seismic frequency band (<100
Hz), the velocities of longitudinal and transverse waves of four different types of rocks were tested using low-frequency
stress-strain method by means of the physical testing system of rock at low frequency and the experimental data of acoustic
velocities of four different types of rocks at this frequency band were obtained. The experimental results showed that the
acoustic velocities of four different types of rocks increased with the increase of temperature and pressure within the
temperature and pressure ranges set by the experiment. The acoustic velocity of fine sandstone at 50% water saturation
was smaller than that of dry sample. The acoustic velocities of four different types of rocks were different and the velocities
of longitudinal waves of gritstone, fine sandstone, argillaceous siltstone and mudstone increased in turn under similar
conditions and were smaller than those at ultrasonic frequency. Few of existing studies focus on the acoustic velocity at
seismic frequency band, thus, further understanding of the acoustic characteristics at this seismic frequency band still
    requires more experimental data.

In this paper, with debris flow in Zhouqu as the research object, combined with experiments such as cation exchange capacity (CEC), mineral chemical composition and water quality analysis, relation between water and salt in solid source forming debris flow was studied via soil column leaching test and soluble salt analysis, and internal characteristics of debris flow was accordingly showed. It was found that, the soil was loose, and the content of gravel and sand was high, and the content of fine particle was low. The soluble contents at the slope of the accumulation body were described as, collapsed accumulation body > landslide accumulation body, slope toe > slope top, gentle slope > steep slope, also related to length of the slope. The results indicated that accumulations released a large number of base ion after intense weathering, which migrated with water, concentrated and enriched at the slope toe. Saline soil with high salt content collapsed when encountering water and then formed mudflow, thus becoming the internal power to trigger and initiate debris flow to some extent.

Subei basin is the most promising onshore oil and gas bearing basin in South China. With the deepening of exploration, subtle hydrocarbon reservoirs have gradually become the major target of exploration. Seismic record often shows low signal to noise ratio (SNR), resulting that conventional seismic records have three shortcomings in the identification of subtle reservoirs: difficult to identify small faults; difficult to show the distribution law of sand body; and difficult to find traps. In order to solve this problem, we conducted the research on signal synthesis and decomposition. The research results showed that seismic record of different frequency bands can be restored from original seismic record and both of them contain real stratigraphic information. Based on this, when a certain band or several bands in the original seismic record is affected by noise and result in the reduction of SNR of seismic record, seismic information seriously affected by noise can be abandoned, leaving only less affected seismic information to obtain seismic record with higher SNR. In the collection of actual seismic record, the low and high band seismic information is seriously affected by noise, while medium-band seismic information is less affected. Therefore, based on this, the medium-band seismic information can be restored from the original seismic record to be new record, which is called predominant frequency band seismic record. In this paper, based on the research result, the predominant frequency band seismic record was applied to the two areas of Subei basin and the result showed the research result can be used as a good instruction on well placement and the improvement of drilling success rate.

The rock of gas tight reservoir is more heterogeneous than that of conventional sandstone reservoir and is more prone to water-blockage because of the invasion of operation fluid. This paper presented a new approach for the analysis of the capillary pressure curve for tight gas reservoir. Herein, the saturation equation with fractal dimension proved the previous observation that the log-log plot of capillary pressure against water saturation is a straight line, which is quite different from the popular observation by Corey’s correlation. How to transform the capillary pressure curve to relative permeability curve was also discussed with fractal dimension. The fractal dimension of capillary pressure, which is not only an indication of heterogeneity, can also reveal the potential water blocks in tight gas wells. If the rock has higher fractal dimension, being at the same water saturation, the capillary pressure will be higher and the relative permeability of water will be smaller, which means higher injection pressure is required to displace the trapped water in reservoir. It is suggested that for the tight gas pay zone with higher fractal dimension, more precautions should be taken to prevent the water trapping during drilling or stimulating operation.

The air supply velocity is an important factor affecting the spontaneous combustion of coal. The appropriate air velocity can not only provide the oxygen required for the oxidation reaction, but maintains the good heat storage environment. Therefore, it is necessary to study the influence of the actual air velocity in the pore space on the self-heating process of coal particles. This paper focuses on studying the real space piled up by spherical particles. CFD simulation software is used to establish the numerical model from pore scale. Good fitness of the simulation results with the existing results verifies the feasibility of the calculation method. Later, the calculation conditions are changed to calculate and analyze the velocity field and the temperature field for self-heating of some particles (the surface of the particles is at a certain temperature) and expound the effect of different air supply velocities on gathering and dissipating the heat.

CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage) now is a lead way to reduce greenhouse effect such as carbon dioxide emission in the world. This paper presents an integrated overview of seismic monitoring technology when CO2 injection process. Mainly is time-lapse seismic method .Time-lapse seismic method is a feasible way to monitor CO2 injection process when CO2 interaction with minerals, which is proved an effective method in CCUS experiments. AVAZ (Amplitude versus Azimuth) seismic method is proved a useful tool to indentify CO2 injection process, which can detect fluid-induced seismic anisotropic response and locating where CO2 flow to in reservoirs, therefore, it’s an effective way to monitor CO2 flow in CO2 monitoring process. Since we develop AVAZ modelling experiment base on rock physics theory to modeling the time-lapse AVAZ seismic reservoir response. The research show fluid saturation and pressure behave two main factors influence modeling seismic AVAZ response. Meanwhile the AVAZ response can also be detect by seismic AVAZ data.
