    Chinese national music is unique to China, and in the past, the single means of distribution and the audience led to the fact that knowledge of Chinese culture and history was limited to national musicians and a subset of fans. With the rapid development of the internet, the dissemination of Chinese national music is no longer limited to live performances, but is beginning to shift to media platforms. Social media has had a tremendous impact on Chinese music culture; people can search for any information they need about Chinese music. With the advancement of social media, groups of internet celebrities such as wanghong () have formed on the internet. This study systematically reviews platformisation and the social media in Chinese national music. Past literature and current notions on Chinese national music development under platformisation are examined given the essentiality of smart devices in developing music through digital technology. The study posed three research questions: 1.What is the current state of development of Chinese national music? What opportunities does platformisation bring to Chinese national music? 2.What areas are the focus for research on platformisation and social media? What is the impact on the music field? 3.What is the history of the development of the Chinese wanghong phenomenon? What impact has it made on Chinese national music? A general systematic review of scholarly articles was conducted for this study using multiple publications from reputable databases: Scopus, Web of Science and CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure). The articles were categorised based on scholarly works involving platforms, platformisation, Chinese national music, social media, and wanghong to determine past study profiles in this domain and relevant knowledge gaps.

    Magnesium (Mg2+) is a predominantly intracellular cation that plays significant roles in various enzymatic, membrane, and structural body functions. As a calcium (Ca2+) antagonist, it is imperative for numerous neuromuscular activities. The imbalance of body Mg2+  concentration leads to clinical manifestations ranging from asymptomatic to severe life-threatening complications. Therefore, the contribution of Mg2+ measurement regarding various laboratory and clinical aspects cannot be ignored. Mg2+ is often described as the forgotten analyte. However, its close relationship with body potassium (K+), Ca2+, and phosphate homeostasis proves that Mg2+ imbalance could co-exist as the root cause or the consequence of other electrolyte disorders. Meanwhile, several preanalytical, analytical, and postanalytical aspects could influence Mg2+ measurement. This review highlights Mg2+ measurement's laboratory and clinical issues and some analyte disturbances associated with its imbalance. Understanding this basis could aid clinicians and laboratory professionals in Mg2+ result interpretation and patient management.

    OBJECTIVE: Obesity is known to be associated with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction due to its effect on blood pressure and glucose tolerance. We aimed to investigate whether weight loss after bariatric surgery might improve diastolic dysfunction through in-depth echocardiographic examination.

    METHODOLOGY: We recruited twenty-eight patients who were about to undergo bariatric surgery by purposive sampling. They underwent echocardiography at baseline and 6 months after surgery with a focus on diastolic function measurements and global longitudinal strain (GLS). They also had fasting serum lipid and glucose measurements pre- and post-surgery.

    RESULTS: The mean weight loss after surgery was 24.1 kg. Out of the 28 subjects, fifteen (54%) initially had diastolic dysfunction before surgery. Only two had persistent diastolic dysfunction 6 months after surgery. The mean indexed left atrial volume 6 months post-surgery was 27.1 from 32 ml/m2 prior to surgery. The average E/e' is 11.78 post-surgery from 13.43 pre-surgery. The left ventricular GLS became (-)25.7% after surgery from (-)21.2% prior to surgery. Their post-surgery fasting serum lipid and glucose levels also showed significant improvement.

    CONCLUSION: Our study reinforced the existing evidence that bariatric surgery significantly improved echocardiographic parameters of diastolic function and left ventricular global longitudinal strain, along with various metabolic profiles.

    OBJECTIVE: The primary objective was to assess beta-cell function of recently-diagnosed young-onset type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) individuals using basal and stimulated C-peptide levels. The secondary objective was to examine the association between C-peptide with metabolic factors and diabetes complications.

    METHODOLOGY: A cross-sectional study was conducted for young-onset T2DM individuals aged 18-35 years with a disease duration of not more than 5 years. Plasma C-peptide was measured before and after intravenous glucagon injection. Demographic data, medical history and complications were obtained from medical records and clinical assessment. Continuous data were expressed as median and interquartile range (IQR). Categorical variables were described as frequency or percentage. Multivariable linear regression analysis was used to determine factors associated with C-peptide levels.

    RESULTS: 113 participants with young-onset T2DM with a median (IQR) age of 29.0 (9.5) years and 24 (36) months were included in this study. The median (IQR) basal and stimulated C-peptide was 619 (655) pmol/L and 1231 (1024) pmol/L. Adequate beta-cell function was present in 78-86% of the participants based on the basal and stimulated C-peptide levels. We found hypertension, obesity and diabetic kidney disease (DKD) to be independently associated with higher C-peptide levels. In contrast, females, smokers, those on insulin therapy and with longer duration of disease had lower C-peptide levels.

    CONCLUSION: Most recently diagnosed young-onset T2DM have adequate beta-cell function. Elevated C-peptide levels associated with obesity, hypertension and diabetic kidney disease suggest insulin resistance as the key driving factor for complications.

    INTRODUCTION: Type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) is an autoimmune disorder that requires a lifelong treatment regimen which may affect psychosocial development.

    OBJECTIVE: To identify behavioural and emotional problems in children and adolescents with T1DM.

    METHODOLOGY: A cross-sectional study using the Child Behaviour Check List (CBCL) was conducted among all T1DM patients receiving treatment at the Paediatric Endocrine Unit, Hospital Tunku Azizah Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

    RESULTS: Forty T1DM patients were included. The mean age of the participants was 12.4 years (SD = 2.69), with 52.5% males, and 75% Malay. The average duration of illness was 4.8 years, 9 were pre-pubertal, while mean HbA1c was 9.4%. Thirty-five percent of the respondents had parent-reported internalizing problems and 17.5% had parent-reported externalizing problems. Those >12 years old had more internalizing problems (p = 0.004) compared to those ≤12 years old. The differences were in the anxious/depressed syndrome subscale (p = 0.001) and withdrawn/depressed syndrome subscale (p = 0.015). There were no statistically significant differences in the 3 main global scores by gender, glycaemic control, duration of illness and pubertal status by univariate analysis.

    CONCLUSION: T1DM patients >12 years old were at higher risk of developing psychosocial difficulties. This highlighted the benefit of screening of behavioural and emotional issues in children and adolescents with T1DM.

    INTRODUCTION: Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are used for commercial, medical, public safety, and scientific research purposes in various countries.

    METHODS: This study aimed to explore the acceptance of medical delivery drones among medical practitioners as well as the public community in Malaysia using a knowledge, attitude, and perception (KAP) model and statistical analysis to decrease uncertainty. Bivariate and multivariate analyses of the results were performed in SPSS.

    RESULTS: A total of 639 respondents took part in the survey, of which 557 complete responses were finally analyzed. The results showed that the overall acceptance rate for medical delivery drones was positive. The acceptance rate was significantly correlated with knowledge, attitude, and perception scores but not with sociodemographic factors.

    DISCUSSION: Raising awareness and educating the medical as well as public communities regarding the potential role and benefits of drones are therefore important in garnering support for drone usage for medical purposes.

    The present study investigated the utilization of blood clam shells as a potential substitute for conventional media, as well as the influence of the acclimation time on the efficacy of an intermittent slow sand filter (ISSF) in the treatment of real domestic wastewater. ISSF was operated with 16 h on and 8 h off, focusing on the parameters of turbidity, ammonia, and phosphate. Two media combinations (only blood clam shells [CC] and sand + blood clam shells [SC]) were operated under two different acclimatization periods (14 and 28 d). Results showed that SC medium exhibited significantly higher removal of turbidity (p  0.05) removal of ammonia (23.12 ± 20.2 % vs. 16.77 ± 16.8 %) and phosphate (18.03 ± 11.96 % vs 13.48 ± 12 %). Comparing the acclimatization periods, the 28 d of acclimatization period showed higher overall performances than the 14 d. Further optimizations need to be conducted to obtain an effluent value below the national permissible limit, since the ammonia and phosphate parameters are still slightly higher. SEM analysis confirmed the formation of biofilm on both mediums after 28 d of acclimatization; with further analysis of schmutzdecke formation need to be carried out to enrich the results.

    BACKGROUND: Aquatic organisms demonstrate a high vulnerability to mortality when exposed to Pb, even at low concentrations. The objective of this investigation is to ascertain the histopathological alterations and cortisol concentrations in diverse tissues of Gambusia affinis, with a specific focus on the eggs and larvae, following exposure to varying concentrations of PbCl2.

    METHODS: Adult specimens of G. affinis measuring 5-6 cm in length were obtained from a commercial fish breeding facility. A total of 8 fish with a 1 : 1 ratio of 4 pairs of broodstock were placed in an 8-liter aquarium. Following the adaptation phase, the broodstock underwent a spawning process that lasted for a duration of 7 days. Throughout the spawning process, assessments were conducted on the progression of the abdominal growth of the broodstock. Eggs ready to hatch and Gambusia larvae were taken and exposed to 0.1 mg/L PbCl2, 1 mg/L PbCl2, and control (without PbCl2) for 24 hours, with three replications. At the end of the experiment, histopathological analysis was conducted using the hematoxylin Ehrlich-eosin staining method and scanning electron microscopic (SEM) observation. The levels of Pb in gills were determined by employing atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The cortisol concentration in organ samples of fish was determined through the utilization of a cortisol ELISA Kit.

    RESULTS: The findings of this investigation demonstrated an important bioaccumulation occurrence of Pb within the gills of Gambusia fish that were specifically subjected to 0.1 and 1 mg/L PbCl2. The histological structures of eggs and larvae that were subjected to PbCl2 exhibited impairment in comparison to the control group. The present study observed a significant elevation in cortisol levels among fish specimens that were subjected to PbCl2 exposure.

    CONCLUSIONS: The findings of this investigation suggest that the occurrence of Pb is linked to a rise in cortisol concentrations in various organs of G. affinis larvae. Furthermore, the research indicates that the exposure to Pb has a notable impact on the histological alterations in the eggs and larvae of Gambusia fish, implying that they are undergoing stress as a result of the Pb exposure.

    This experimental study reports the kinetic and thermodynamic inhibition influence of sodium chloride (NaCl) on methane (CH4) hydrate in an oil-dominated system. To thoroughly examine the inhibition effect of NaCl on CH4 hydrate formation, kinetically by the induction time and relative inhibition performance and thermodynamically by the hydrate liquid-vapor equilibrium (HLwVE) curve, enthalpy (ΔHdiss) and suppression temperature are used to measure the NaCl inhibition performance through this experimental study. All kinetic experiments are performed at a concentration of 1 wt % under a pressure and temperature of 8 MPa and 274.15K, respectively, whereby for the thermodynamic study, the concentration was 3 wt % by using the isochoric T-cycle technique at the selected range of pressures and temperatures of 4.0-9.0 MPa and 276.5-286.0K, respectively; both studies were conducted using a high-pressure reactor cell. Results show that kinetically, NaCl offers slightly to no inhibition in both systems with/without oil; however, the presence of drilling oil contributes positively by increasing the induction time; thermodynamically, NaCl contributes significantly in shifting the equilibrium curve to higher pressures and lower temperatures in both systems. In the oil system, the contribution of the THI to the equilibrium curve increases the pressure with a range of 0.04-0.15 MPa and reduces the temperature with a range of 1-3 K, which is due to the NaCl presence in the systems that reduces the activity of water molecules by increasing the ionic strength of the solution. At a high pressure of 9 MPa, the NaCl inhibition performance was greater than that at lower pressures <5.5 MPa because, at the high pressure, NaCl increases the activity of water, which means that more water molecules are available to form hydrate cages around gas molecules.

    Background A soft tissue defect resulting from a diabetic heel ulcer can be difficult to address due to limited reconstructive options and unique local area demand. The medial plantar artery flap is ideal for heel defect coverage as it provides a thick glabrous skin with good sensory feedback. The prerequisite of medial plantar artery flap surgery is a patent medial plantar artery, which is a branch of the posterior tibial artery (PTA). Nevertheless, no feasibility study of the medial plantar artery flap in diabetic patients with vascular insufficiency has been reported so far. We conducted a pilot study with the aim of investigating the patency of the medial plantar artery in diabetic patients with suspected peripheral artery disease to determine the vascular feasibility of the medial plantar artery flap in these patients. Material and methods A pilot study was performed at Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). A total of 15 diabetic patients with suspected vascular insufficiency who had undergone lower limb computed tomography angiography (CTA) from January 2022 to June 2023 were included in this study. All patients were identified via the electronic record system. Lower limb CTA images were retrieved from the Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and were double-reviewed. Both the posterior tibial artery (PTA) and medial plantar artery (MPA) were assessed for their patency, and the diameter of the lumens was measured if they were patent. Bedside clinical assessments such as palpation of pulses and portable Doppler assessment were evaluated to determine whether they could serve as substitutes for computed tomography angiography (CTA) in assessing the feasibility of medial plantar artery flap using the McNemar test. Results In this study cohort, the medial plantar artery was present in 16 legs and absent in another 14 legs. The largest diameter of the medial plantar artery was 2.5mm (range 0-2.5mm). Palpation of the posterior tibial artery was not optimal for predicting the patency of the medial plantar artery, with a false positive of 21.4% and a false negative of 68.7%. Similarly, a hand-held Doppler assessment of the posterior tibial artery was also ineffective, with a false positive of 64.3% and a false negative of 18.8%. While the medial plantar artery is a continuation of the posterior tibial artery (PTA), PTA patency did not necessarily correlate with medial plantar artery patency. This was demonstrated on CTA assessment, where two legs with absent PTA still have reconstitution, resulting in patency of the medial plantar artery. Additionally, one leg with patent PTA did not have a patent medial plantar artery distally due to calcified vessels. Conclusion This is a first-of-its-kind pilot study attempting to determine the feasibility of medial plantar artery in diabetic patients with vascular insufficiency. The medial plantar artery was present in more than 50% of the investigated lower limbs, paving the way for using the medial plantar artery flap in these patients. Nevertheless, a computed tomography angiogram is essential to determine the patency of the medial plantar artery prior to the flap procedure, as palpation and hand-held Doppler were inadequate to predict the patency of the medial plantar artery in these high-risk patients.

    BACKGROUND: Functional restoration of hemiplegic upper limbs is a difficult area in the field of neurological rehabilitation. Electrical stimulation is one of the treatments that has shown promising advancements and functional improvements. Most of the electrical stimulations used in clinical practice are surface stimulations. In this case, we aimed to investigate the feasibility of a minimally invasive, ultrasound-guided median nerve electrical stimulation (UG-MNES) in improving the upper limb motor function and activity of a patient with right-sided hemiparesis.

    CASE PRESENTATION: A 65-year-old male recovering from a left massive intracerebral hemorrhage after open debridement hematoma removal had impaired right limb movement, right hemianesthesia, motor aphasia, dysphagia, and complete dependence on his daily living ability. After receiving 3 months of conventional rehabilitation therapy, his cognitive, speech, and swallowing significantly improved but the Brunnstrom Motor Staging (BMS) of his right upper limb and hand was at stage I-I. UG-MNES was applied on the right upper limb for four sessions, once per week, together with conventional rehabilitation. Immediate improvement in the upper limb function was observed after the first treatment. To determine the effect of UG-MNES on long-term functional recovery, assessments were conducted a week after the second and fourth intervention sessions, and motor function recovery was observed after 4-week of rehabilitation. After completing the full rehabilitation course, his BMS was at stage V-IV, the completion time of Jebsen Hand Function Test (JHFT) was shortened, and the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment for upper extremity (FMA-UE) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) were increased. Overall, the motor function of the hemiplegic upper limb had significantly improved, and the right hand was the utility hand. Electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) tests were normal before and after treatment.

    CONCLUSION: The minimally invasive, UG-MNES could be a new alternative treatment in stroke rehabilitation for functional recovery of the upper limbs.

    Construction of an ocular or eye prosthesis can be challenging, as it is a cosmetic device. It needs good communication between dentists and maxillofacial technicians. The construction process normally requires multiple appointments, which involve at least four visits starting with ocular impression to insertion of the prosthesis. This article will outline the clinical step and propose a clinical technique to reduce the number of appointments from four to three appointments, which would benefit both the patient and practitioner.

    Glyptothoa sagara gen. and sp. nov. is described from the host fish Glyptophidium macropus Alcock, 1894 (Ophidiidae), at depths 300 to 650 metres from the southwest coast of India. The mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene of the species was sequenced and compared with other closely related branchial cymothoid genera. Both morphological and molecular data corroborate the inclusion of this parasitic isopod as a new genus, and we describe Glyptothoa sagara gen. and sp. nov. The following combinations of characters characterise the genus: cephalon immersed in pereonite 1; dorsum vaulted; all coxae visible in dorsal view; coxae shorter than or as long as pereonites; pereonites 4-7 slightly decrease in width towards one side, slightly asymmetrical, lateral margins slightly constricted, in hunched side; relatively wide pleon, with large lateral gaps between pleonites; antennula narrowly separated by rostrum, slender, shorter than antenna; antenna with 13 articles, buccal cone obscuring antennal bases; brood pouch arising from coxae 1-4, 6; oostegite 1 bilobed; pleopods rami all simple, without proximomedial lamellar lobe, without folds or thickened ridges. The adult life stages, such as females (ovigerous and non-ovigerous), males and transitional stage of the new species are described. The species is currently known only from the type locality and the type host. The ecological remarks of the newly described taxon are also provided. The following species are transferred from Elthusa Schioedte and Meinert, 1884: Glyptothoa myripristae (Bruce, 1990) comb. nov., Glyptothoa propinqua (Richardson, 1904) comb. nov. and Glyptothoa caudata (Schioedte and Meinert, 1884) comb. nov.

    The burden of cardiovascular disease is increasing globally, with low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) absorbing most of the burden while lacking the necessary healthcare infrastructure to combat the increase. In particular, the disparity in pacemaker implants between high-income countries and LMICs is glaring, partially spurned by reduced numbers of physicians and supporting staff who are trained in pacemaker implant technique. Herein, we will discuss current pacemaker implant training models, outline training frameworks that can be applied to underserved regions, and review adjunctive training techniques that can help supplement traditional training models in LMICs.

    Myopathy is the most common side effect of statins, but it has not been addressed effectively. In anticipation of its wider use as a small molecule to complement the current COVID-19 management, a pharmacological solution to statin-associated muscle symptoms (SAMS) is warranted. Statins act by suppressing the mevalonate pathway, which in turn affects the downstream synthesis of isoprenoids required for normal physiological functions. CoQ10 and geranylgeraniol (GG) syntheses are reduced by statin use. However, CoQ10 supplementation has not been shown to reverse SAMS. GG is an obligatory substrate for CoQ10 synthesis, an endogenous nutrient critical for skeletal muscle protein synthesis. Multiple studies showed GG supplementation is effective in reversing SAMS. This opinion paper proposes employing GG to prevent SAMS in pleiotropic statin use, including usage in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era.

    BACKGROUND: The high burden of extended-spectrum beta-lactamase-producing (ESBL)-producing Enterobacterales worldwide, especially in the densely populated South East Asia poses a significant threat to the global transmission of antibiotic resistance. Molecular surveillance of ESBL-producing pathogens in this region is vital for understanding the local epidemiology, informing treatment choices, and addressing the regional and global implications of antibiotic resistance.

    METHODS: Therefore, an inventory surveillance of the ESBL-Escherichia coli (ESBL-EC) isolates responsible for infections in Malaysian hospitals was conducted. Additionally, the in vitro efficacy of flomoxef and other established antibiotics against ESBL-EC was evaluated.

    RESULTS: A total of 127 non-repetitive ESBL-EC strains isolated from clinical samples were collected during a multicentre study performed in five representative Malaysian hospitals. Of all the isolates, 33.9% were isolated from surgical site infections and 85.8% were hospital-acquired infections. High rates of resistance to cefotaxime (100%), cefepime (100%), aztreonam (100%) and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (100%) were observed based on the broth microdilution test. Carbapenems remained the most effective antibiotics against the ESBL-EC, followed by flomoxef. Antibiotic resistance genes were identified by PCR. The blaCTX-M-1 was the most prevalent ESBL gene, with 28 isolates (22%) harbouring blaCTX-M-1 only, 27 isolates (21.3%) co-harbouring blaCTX-M-1 and blaTEM, and ten isolates (7.9%) co-harbouring blaCTX-M-1, blaTEM and blaSHV. A generalised linear model showed significant antibacterial activity of imipenem against different types of infection. Besides carbapenems, this study also demonstrated a satisfactory antibacterial activity of flomoxef (81.9%) on ESBL-EC, regardless of the types of ESBL genes.

    Climatic factors have commonly been attributed as the trigger of general flowering, a unique community-level mass flowering phenomenon involving most dipterocarp species that forms the foundation of Southeast Asian tropical rainforests. This intriguing flowering event is often succeeded by mast fruiting, which provides a temporary yet substantial burst of food resources for animals, particularly frugivores. However, the physiological mechanism that triggers general flowering, particularly in dipterocarp species, is not well understood largely due to its irregular and unpredictable occurrences in the tall and dense forests. To shed light on this mechanism, we employed ecological transcriptomic analyses on an RNA-seq dataset of a general flowering species, Shorea curtisii (Dipterocarpaceae), sequenced from leaves and buds collected at multiple vegetative and flowering phenological stages. We assembled 64,219 unigenes from the transcriptome of which 1,730 and 3,559 were differentially expressed in the leaf and the bud, respectively. Differentially expressed unigene clusters were found to be enriched with homologs of Arabidopsis thaliana genes associated with response to biotic and abiotic stresses, nutrient level, and hormonal treatments. When combined with rainfall data, our transcriptome data reveals that the trees were responding to a brief period of drought prior to the elevated expression of key floral promoters and followed by differential expression of unigenes that indicates physiological changes associated with the transition from vegetative to reproductive stages. Our study is timely for a representative general flowering dipterocarp species that occurs in forests that are under the constant threat of deforestation and climate change as it pinpoints important climate sensitive and flowering-related homologs and offers a glimpse into the cascade of gene expression before and after the onset of floral initiation.

    PURPOSE: Harsh parenting is positively correlated with adolescents' smartphone addiction, according to a growing corpus of studies. The various mediating processes that could underlie this link, however, are not well understood. Based upon the experiential avoidance model, the current research aimed to identify the relation between harsh parenting and adolescents' smartphone addiction and the mediating roles of adolescents' depression and experiential avoidance.

    METHODS: We recruited 456 adolescents (female = 52.6%; Mage = 13.19 years, SD = 0.85) at a public junior high school in China to complete the harsh discipline scale, 90-item Hopkins symptom checklist, acceptance and action questionnaire version II, and smartphone addiction scale short version. SPSS24.0 was used to conduct independent samples t-test, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis and common method bias test, PROCESS were used to conduct a significance test of the chain mediation effect on the data. Age, gender, and grade were used as con-founders that were controlled in order to make cautious predictions.

    RESULTS: The results showed that (1) harsh parenting was positively correlated with adolescents' depression, experiential avoidance, and smartphone addiction; (2) both depression and experiential avoidance fully mediated the link between harsh parenting and smartphone addiction; and (3) depression and experiential avoidance also sequentially mediated the link between harsh parenting and smartphone addiction. These findings have significant implications for the prevention and intervention of adolescents' smartphone addiction.

    CONCLUSION: These findings suggested that harsh parenting may have an indirect impact on smartphone addiction in both a simple way (parallel mediation) and a complicated way (serial mediation). In addition, these studies shed light on smartphone addiction prevention and intervention.

    According to the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), tests of functional capacity evaluation (FCE) have an insignificant relationship with the actual tasks performed and the on-job assessment is required. Commuting accidents have been an increasing trend. A 34-year-old gentleman was referred following severe traumatic brain injury with cerebral edema and multiple fractures. He was evaluated with the Chessington Occupational Therapy Neurological Assessment Battery (COTNAB) where his visual perception performance has improved. The performance of visual and spoken instructions is within normal limits. He has improved on the upper extremity functional scale measure activities with an affected limb from 60 to 68 and also improved on the lower extremity functional scale from 43 to 51. He managed to cover a distance of 2 km in 42 minutes after a short break and accomplished to climb 200 steps after a mini-break through maximum capacity evaluation. The patient is fit as a clerk after going through various sessions to improve the cognition and function of extremities. FCE is precisely measured behavioral tests and should be inferred from the patient's personal and environmental setting.
