    LBW infants are at risk not only due to neonatal complications but also by other risk factors (eg. congenital anomalies associated with LBW). This research is motivated by the high incidence of LBW in Tasikmalaya City Hospital each year. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between demographic factors in this case the mother's age, maternal education level, socio-economic level with the incidence of LBW. The research hypothesis has a relationship between maternal age, maternal education level, socioeconomic level, pregnancy with LBW incidence. The benefits of research provide a basis for evidencebased practice to nursing practitioners, that there is a relationship between demographic factors (maternal age, education level and socioeconomic level) with the incidence of LBW. Quantitative research method was used with cross sectional approach. The data was processed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study show no significant relationship between the factors of maternal age, education level, socioeconomic level with the incidence of LBW in Tasikmalaya City Hospital with p value > 0.05 for all variables. From the present study it is suggested that nurses should improve health education so that people can understand better about the risk of LBW.

    The variation in the concentration of outdoor air pollutants during the COVID-19 lockdown was studied in Jakarta, Indonesia. The term lockdown was replaced by large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) in Indonesia by more flexible regulations to save the economy. Data on five air pollutants, namely, PM10, SO2, CO, O3, and NO2, from five monitoring stations located in five regions in Jakarta (West, East, Central, North, and South Jakarta) were utilized. We analyzed the changes in the concentrations of outdoor air pollutants before lockdown from January 1 to April 9, 2020, and during lockdown from April 10 to June 4, 2020. Overall, the CO concentration (39.9%) demonstrated the most significant reduction during lockdown, followed by NO2 (7.5%) and then SO2 (5.7%). However, we unexpectedly found that during lockdown, the PM10 concentration in Jakarta increased by 10.9% due to the southwest monsoon during the seasonal change in Jakarta. Among the five cities in Jakarta, East and Central Jakarta experienced the maximum improvement in their air quality, whereas North Jakarta had the least air quality improvement. To the best of our knowledge, this research is the first to study the effect of lockdown on outdoor air quality improvement in Indonesia using ground-level measurement data. The findings of the study provide additional strategies to the regulatory bodies for the reduction of temporal air pollutants in Jakarta, Indonesia, by restricting people mobility as a supplementary initiative.

    Instead of its economic impact, tin mining activities cause environmental problems. The tin occurrence which is related
    to tin-bearing alteration on S-type Muncung Granite and its mining history in Singkep Island describes in this study. This
    work assessed the heavy metals concentration in six tin tailings and two soils from Singkep using inductively coupled
    plasma - mass spectrometry in correlation to environmental hazard. Both primary and placer mining methods applied
    in tin excavations on the studied area. Concentration tendency of heavy metals in the six studied tailings samples is
    generally Cr>Pb>As>Ba≈V. The identical heavy metals trend represented by the three samples from Bukit Tumang might
    reflect a similar primary tailings character. On the other hand, anthropogenic activities and different surrounding rocks
    caused the dissimilarity of heavy metals pattern on placer wastes. Higher environmental problems are detected on the
    primary wastes than the placer one, especially arsenic and chrome. Severe arsenic pollution degree is also indicated in
    the soil sample just outside the mining location at Betong Village. Conservation and amelioration programs are useful
    in improving the environmental condition on studied locations.

    INTRODUCTION: The high rate of recurrence in patellar dislocation treatment, requires a more comprehensive action, this is due to causes not only single but often multifactorial, including problems with static stability, dynamic stability or both.

    PRESENTATION OF CASE: 1st case: A-39-years-old male, complain of irreducible right patella dislocation with valgus knee and already done soft tissue procedure for patella dislocation. Long-leg radiographs of the right leg showed 18° valgus mechanical angle. 2nd case: A-26-years-old obese female, complain of dislocation of left patella and history of surgery for dislocation at 5 years old. Long-leg radiographs of the right leg showed 11° valgus mechanical angle.

    DISCUSSION: After knowing the cause of the patellar dislocation from history taking, physical and supporting examination, we performed lateral open wedge distal femoral osteotomy also MPFL and MCL reconstruction, and tibial tuberosity medialization osteotomy. There is improvement mean score in Tegner Lysholm Knee Scoring system and IKDC Scoring at 6 months after surgery.

    CONCLUSION: Lateral open wedge distal femur osteotomy combine with MPFL and MCL reconstruction and tibial tuberosity medialization realignment procedure can be successfully done for improve irreducible patellar dislocation in valgus knee, from clinical and radiological evaluation have good outcome after surgery.

    Introduction: The need for ARV (Anti Retro Viral) for the population aged 15-49 years increased from 145,706 in 2011 to 248,903 in 2016. People with HIV/AIDS who received ARVs were estimated at 16.60% in 2011 increased to 18% in 2016. In Indonesia up to September 2014, there were 108,060 people with HIV/AIDS who received ARV therapy from 33 provinces and 300 districts / cities. There were 19,670 people with HIV/AIDS who stopped ARV, 15,046 were not followed up due to various causes and as many as 14,547 died. Methods: This research used a quasi-experimental methods with non equivalent control group design and used a pretest, posttest 1 and posttest 2. There was two groups, the first group was treated using SMS (Short Message Service) reminder and leaflets and the second group was treated with the usual method (counselling). Results: Research with the Mann-Whitney statistical test shows that after 1 month of treatment, there was differences in the average score of knowledge (p value = 0.001), attitude (p value = 0.008), and adherence of Antiretroviral Consumption (p value = 0.010) between the intervention group and the control group. After 2 months of treatment, there was differences in the average knowledge score (p value = 0.001), attitude (p value = 0.001), and adherence of Antiretroviral Consume (p value = 0.001) between the intervention group and the control group. Conclusion: There is the interventions that able to improve the knowledge, attitudes and adherence of taking antiretroviral at PLWHA.

    Introduction: The third ranked country with the highest hepatitis cases in the world is Indonesia. The incidence of Hepatitis A in Indonesia has increased since 2007 amounted to 19.3% and infected many people aged over 15 years old. In 2010 there were 6 outbreaks with 279 sufferers, in 2011 there were 9 outbreaks with 550 patients, in 2012
    there were 8 outbreaks with 369 sufferers, in 2013 there were 13 outbreaks with 504 cases. In 2019, 262 cases of hepatitis were found at Depok City. Methods: This research uses Case Control design and analytic survey method. The respondents of this study were elementary school students who were affected and not affected by Hepatitis A, amounted to 60 respondents. Results: The results showed the respondents hand washing behaviour is not good, amounted to 34 respondents (56.7%), junk food consumption is high, amounted to 30 respondents (50%). and re- spondents who are not knowledgeable amounted to 46 respondents (76.7%). The analysis of Bivariate shows that the relationship between hand washing behaviour (P-value = 0.037), junk food consumption (P-value = 0.039), knowl- edge (P-value = 0.015) with the incidence of hepatitis A is significant. Conclusion: There is significant relationship between all independent variable (hand washing behaviour, and junk food consumption and knowledge) with the incidence of hepatitis A.

    This study investigated the effect of adding strontium (Sr)-doped cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) nanoparticles in carbonyl iron particle (CIP)-based magnetorheological fluids (MRFs). Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles were fabricated at different particle sizes using co-precipitation at calcination temperatures of 300 and 400 °C. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) was used to evaluate the morphology of the Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles, which were found to be spherical. The average grain sizes were 71-91 nm and 118-157 nm for nanoparticles that had been calcinated at 300 and 400 °C, respectively. As such, higher calcination temperatures were found to produce larger-sized Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles. To investigate the rheological effects that Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles have on CIP-based MRF, three MRF samples were prepared: (1) CIP-based MRF without nanoparticle additives (CIP-based MRF), (2) CIP-based MRF with Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles calcinated at 300 °C (MRF CIP+Sr-CoFe2O4-T300), and (3) CIP-based MRF with Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles calcinated at 400 °C (MRF CIP+Sr-CoFe2O4-T400). The rheological properties of these MRF samples were then observed at room temperature using a rheometer with a parallel plate at a gap of 1 mm. Dispersion stability tests were also performed to determine the sedimentation ratio of the three CIP-based MRF samples.

    Safety regarding herbal products is very necessary; therefore, routine identification of raw materials should be performed to ensure that the raw materials used in pharmaceutical products are suitable for their intended use. In order for the identification-related data obtained to be accurate, the identification of various kinds of markers is also very necessary. The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of Eclipta alba (L.) Hassk. based on qualitative morpho-anatomical markers and quantitative DNA coding. The morphology of this plant has herbaceous habit with a taproot and a stem with branches that appear from the middle. Leaves are single type imperfectly arranged oppositely, lanceolatus, finely serrated on the edges, tapered at the base, pointed at the end, and have a pinnate and hairy leaf surface. The flowers consist of ray flowers and tube flowers with a cup shape. Meanwhile, in terms of anatomy, E. alba has aerenchyma, which are scattered in the cortex of the root and stem. In addition, there are anisocytic stomata, glandular trichomes, and non-glandural trichomes with an elongated shape accompanied by ornamentation found on the leaf epidermis. The results of sequence alignment and phylogenetic tree reconstruction show that the sample plants are closely related to species in the genus Eclipta.

    In this study, the fabrication of titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide (TiO2/rGO) utilising banana peel extracts (Musa paradisiaca L.) as a reducing agent for the photoinactivation of Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) was explored. The GO synthesis was conducted using a modified Tour method, whereas the production of rGO involved banana peel extracts through a reflux method. The integration of TiO2 into rGO was achieved via a hydrothermal process. The successful synthesis of TiO2/rGO was verified through various analytical techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), gas sorption analysis (GSA), Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS), scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive X-ray (SEM-EDX) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analyses. The results indicated that the hydrothermal-assisted green synthesis effectively produced TiO2/rGO with a particle size of 60.5 nm. Compared with pure TiO2, TiO2/rGO demonstrated a reduced crystallite size (88.505 nm) and an enhanced surface area (22.664 m2/g). Moreover, TiO2/rGO featured a low direct bandgap energy (3.052 eV), leading to elevated electrical conductivity and superior photoconductivity. To evaluate the biological efficacy of TiO2/rGO, photoinactivation experiments targeting E. coli and S. aureus were conducted using the disc method. Sunlight irradiation emerged as the most effective catalyst, achieving optimal inactivation results within 6 and 4 h.

    Artemisia vulgaris L. belongs to Asteraceae, is a herbal plant that has various benefits in the medical field, so that its use in the medical field can be explored optimally, the plant must be thoroughly identified. This study aims to identify A. vulgaris both in terms of descriptive morpho-anatomy and DNA barcoding using BLAST and phylogenetic tree reconstruction. The morpho-anatomical character was observed on root, stem, and leaf. DNA barcoding analysis was carried out through amplification and alignment of the rbcL and matK genes. All studies were conducted on three samples from Taman Husada (Medicinal Plant Garden) Graha Famili Surabaya, Indonesia. The anatomical slide was prepared by the paraffin method. Morphological studies revealed that the leaves of A. vulgaris both on the lower-middle part and on the upper part of the stem have differences, especially in the character of the stipules, petioles, and incisions they have. Meanwhile, from the study of anatomy, A. vulgaris has an anomocytic type of stomata and its distribution is mostly on the ventral part of the leaves. Through the BLAST process and phylogenetic tree reconstruction, the plant sequences being studied are closely related to several species of the genus Artemisia as indicated by a percentage identity above 98% and branch proximity between taxa in the reconstructed phylogenetic tree.

    Introduction: The ability of nurses to conduct triage greatly influences the success rate of help when patients expe- rience emergency. The aim of the study was to determine the factors associated with the accuracy of the implemen- tation of triage in the X Hospital's Emergency Departments. Methods: The research method that the researcher used was cross sectional approach. The number of samples were 32 respondents. Questionnaire and observation were used to collect the data. Results: Respondents characteristics (age, sex, education, and tenure) with the accuracy of the triage were obtained by age with p value = 0.386, p value = 1,000 for gender, p value = 0.242 for education, and years of work with p value = 0.000162. Knowledge of respondents with the implementation of the determination of triage p value = 0.045 and motivation of respondents with the accuracy of the implementation of triage p value
    = 0.0017. Conclusion: The accuracy of the implementation of triage has no relationship with characteristics (age, sex, education), there is a relationship between knowledge, motivation and years of work with the implementation's accuracy of triage in the Emergency Room X Hospital. Suggestions are expected by the Hospital to make guidelines, triage algorithms, training, regeneration to improve nurse triage knowledge.

    BACKGROUND: Dadiah is a traditional dish from West Sumatra made from buffalo milk, which is fermented in bamboo tubes and left at room temperature for ±2 days. Dadiah is included in the staple food category because it contains Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB), which has the potential to be a probiotic. This study aims to determine the identification and characterization of LAB from Dadiah from Halaban, Kab. Fifty Cities, West Sumatra.

    DESIGN AND METHODS: A survey method was used in this research with a descriptive analysis, Antimicrobial activity testing was done with bacteria Escherichia coli O157, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, and Listeria innocua. Molecular identification was done using the 16S rRNA gene.

    RESULTS: Probiotic candidate test with the best results in testing for resistance to stomach acid at pH3 with the viability of 65.98%, bile salt resistance 0.3%, viability of 54.90% from 2DA isolates. Antimicrobial activity with the best clear zone area results was obtained in 2DA isolates with Escherichia coli O157 test bacteria of 21.16 mm, Staphylococcus aureus with a clear zone area of 23.17 mm, Listeria innocua of 19.24 mm and Listeria monocytogenes with a clear zone area 18.23 mm in 4DA isolate, LAB identification using 16S sRNA gene, results of running PCR base length 1419bp.

    CONCLUSIONS: Phylogenetic analysis shows that Dadiah of Limapuluh Kota Regency is a kin to Lactobacillus plantarum. The superiority of identification technology by using 16S rRNA gene only can be conducted if the nucleotide sequence information of the targeted bacteria is known beforehand.

    INTRODUCTION: Despite the abundance of literature on treatment-resistant depression (TRD), there is no universally accepted definition of TRD and available treatment pathways for the management of TRD vary across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, highlighting the need for a uniform definition and treatment principles to optimize the management TRD in SEA.

    METHODS: Following a thematic literature review and pre-meeting survey, a SEA expert panel comprising 13 psychiatrists with clinical experience in managing patients with TRD convened and utilized the RAND/UCLA Appropriateness Method to develop consensus-based recommendations on the appropriate definition of TRD and principles for its management.

    RESULTS: The expert panel agreed that "pharmacotherapy-resistant depression" (PRD) is a more suitable term for TRD and defined it as "failure of two drug treatments of adequate doses, for 4-8 weeks duration with adequate adherence, during a major depressive episode". A stepwise treatment approach should be employed for the management of PRD - treatment strategies can include maximizing dose, switching to a different class, and augmenting or combining treatments. Non-pharmacological treatments, such as electroconvulsive therapy and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, are also appropriate options for patients with PRD.

    CONCLUSION: These consensus recommendations on the operational definition of PRD and treatment principles for its management can be adapted to local contexts in the SEA countries but should not replace clinical judgement. Individual circumstances and benefit-risk balance should be carefully considered while determining the most appropriate treatment option for patients with PRD.

    The Aglaia genus, a member of the Meliaceae family, is generally recognized to include a number of secondary metabolite compounds with diverse structures and biological activities, including triterpenoids. Among the members of this genus, Aglaia cucullata has been reported to have unique properties and thrives exclusively in mangrove ecosystems. This plant is also known to contain various metabolites, such as flavaglines, bisamides, and diterpenoids, but there are limited reports on the isolation of triterpenoid compounds from its stem bark. Therefore, this research attempted to isolate and elucidate seven triterpenoids belonging to dammarane-type (1-7) from the stem bark of Aglaia cucullata. The isolated compounds included 20S,24S-epoxy-3α,25-dihydroxy-dammarane (1), dammaradienone (2), 20S-hydroxy-dammar-24-en-3-on (3), eichlerianic acid (4), (20S,24RS)-23,24-epoxy-24-methoxy-25,26,27-tris-nor dammar-3-one (5), 3α-acetyl-cabraleahydroxy lactone (6), and 3α-acetyl-20S,24S-epoxy-3α,25-dihydroxydammarane (7). Employing spectroscopic techniques, the chemical structures of the triterpenoids were identified using FTIR, NMR, and HRESITOF-MS. The cytotoxic activity of compounds 1-7 was tested with the PrestoBlue cell viability reagent against MCF-7 breast cancer, B16-F10 melanoma, and CV-1 normal kidney fibroblast cell lines. The results displayed that compound 5 had the highest level of bioactivity compared to the others. Furthermore, the IC50 values obtained were more than 100 μM, indicating the low potential of natural dammarane-type triterpenoids as anticancer agents. These findings provided opportunities for further studies aiming to increase their cytotoxic activities through semi-synthetic methods.
